+DHG ProHair is not responsible for any shipping costs on returns.

+ DHG ProHair is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

+ To ensure your package is safe, always get shipping insurance!

+ DHG ProHair ships anywhere inside the USA & Canada. 

+ Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. 

+ Expedited Shipping is available for select products at an additional charge.

+ Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number in your email.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

LUXE-TIED, COVERED WEFTS, I & K LUXE Tips

+ We offer a unique replacement policy that is unmacthced1 If any quality issues arise within 60 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement. This policy significantly reduces your post-sale hassles and ensures continual trust from your clients.  (Policy applies only to above hair extension types.)

TEXTURED WEFTS

+ We do not offer any exchanges on textured wefts.

+ We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. USE sample strand for texture and color matching. 

(Hair must be in its original & unopened packaging with all tags and binding intact.)

+ Any hair that has been tampered with cannot be returned or refunded all textured wefts are considered custom orders.

Once your return has arrived, we will inspect the hair and notify you of the status of your refund.  If your return is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show on your account.  If the return is not approved, the hair will be shipped back to you.
